Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
  • Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and upbeat telephone voice.
  • To type 30 wpm.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Starting Wage $19.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time With Benefits

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (4 weeks)

2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm
