Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
- Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and upbeat telephone voice.
- To type 30 wpm.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Full Time With Benefits
Training: M-F 8am-4pm (4 weeks)
2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm
