About the role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for entering orders via an order entry program, maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts, establishing professional relationships with prospects and customers, generating reports, resolving product shipping and billing problems, and maintaining complete customer files for sales.
Requirements
- Available to work 10 am - 6 pm
- Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred
- Detail oriented and outgoing personality
- PC knowledge and data entry experience
