Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a flow of information to internal/external customers and business owners on all transactional related aspects including availability, order delivery and invoicing.
- Increase distribution efficiency by taking a sales initiative and resolving creative solutions to support the stocking strategy.
- Collaborate with sales personnel, distribution, transportation and finance to ensure that customer orders are shipped, and service level goals are met.
- Participate in special projects such as organize product lifts, launches and new product introductions.
- Participate as a member of a work team in developing team goals that improve service and look for ways to reduce cycle time.
- Ensure approval and accuracy on all requests before implementing transactions in the system.
Qualifications
- Education in business management, marketing, accounting and computer science is desirable, applicable experience and/or Associate’s degree is required.
- 2+ years in a customer service function or retail environment.
- Bilingual speaking skills (such as Spanish or French) would be great!
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
