About the role

The Customer Service Representative is the face of Magic Saloon, providing accurate information and guiding customers. The goal is to ensure every customer's first impression reflects our professionalism, integrity, safety, and fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality to every guest
• Hand out brochures, stickers, coupons, and schedules as guests enter the theatre
• Provide accurate local tourism-related information and act as an ambassador of goodwill for the city
• Be knowledgeable about products and pricing
• Perform sales using the point-of-sale platform

Requirements

• A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to work with money, credit cards, and cash receipts
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to communicate with co-workers and the public
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other entities
• Must be 18 years old
• Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing
• Complete proper training to obtain TABC certification
• Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (preferred)
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment working with the public
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Passion for helping people and creating memorable experiences
