Opportunity Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and performing all distribution center data entry functions to ensure accurate and timely information for customers and for the Company.

What You'll Bring

  • Educational background: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Work experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Technical skills: Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Customer service: Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical tools: Must be familiar with voice selection technology (Lucas), JD Edwards, and computer-based inventory control systems.
  • Administrative experience: Must have strong administrative experience.
  • Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership skills: Must demonstrate managerial or leadership skills.
