Customer Service Representative

  • Salary: $14.00 per hour*

  • Location: Atlanta, GA Metro area

  • Shift: Evening 10am-7pm

HSC Customer Service Associate

  • Functions as a customer service-oriented salesperson.

  • Processes, modifies, and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels.

  • Must remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers.

  • Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls, the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers, and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.

The Details - What You Need:

  • Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task

  • Bi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish

What You’ll Do:

  • Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Affords new and existing customers through the online order process

  • Answers calls coming into the center pertaining to various customer service issues

  • Takes complaint calls, documents issues that arise at stores, and emails them to upper management

Additional Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Sales / Customer Service experience preferred

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures

  • Experience with numeric, oral, and written language applications

  • Product knowledge

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
