Customer Service Representative

About the role

T.I.M. Manufacturing Co is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Process returns and refunds according to company policy
• Update customer records and maintain accurate customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (optional)

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
