Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Enter and release customer orders for shipment.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or answering product questions.
• Absorb customers up to date regarding their order status.
• Aid in the packaging and shipping of customer orders.
• Work on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Prefer typing speed of at least 45 wpm
• Familiarity with Windows operating system
• Self-Starter
• Able to learn quickly

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour
