What To Expect
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Collision Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role will support the Internal Collision Center in managing the Authorized Collision Program.
What You'll Do
- Work scheduling and maintenance
- Vehicle arrival preparation
- Customer communication and expectations
- Rental coordination and hand-off
- Vehicle status updates
- Material and supplies reordering
- Repair review and delivery
What You'll Bring
- A strong customer-oriented approach with clients and coworkers
- Willingness to train others
- Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
- Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to follow instructions
- Account receivable experience (plus)

- Customer Service Representative III - $21.57 - $31.92/hour
- Customer Service Support IV - $26.60 - $39.90/hour
- Lead Customer Service Support - $30.40 - $45.60/hour
