Customer Service Representative
Contract position based in North Kingstown, RI.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
- Research and troubleshoot customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
Schedule
Training Period
- 6 to 8 weeks of training.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Full-time and fully onsite during training.
Post-Training Schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
- Candidates must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Employees can expect to work one to two shifts per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
