Position Overview

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, handling billing inquiries, account concerns, service-related questions, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, account discrepancies, and customer concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through final resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Research, analyze, and document customer interactions across multiple systems.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality, productivity, and performance standards.
  • Support additional teams and assist with special projects or administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, account support, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Previous sales or customer retention experience is a plus.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site position (5 days per week in office).
  • Standard shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST.
  • Schedule flexibility required, as business needs may impact shift assignments.

Pay And Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
