About The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within the industrial manufacturing industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical product knowledge while supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. This is not a traditional high-volume call center position. Representatives handle custom orders, provide order support, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with departments such as Engineering and Warehouse Operations to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately
  • Support customers and sales representatives with order-related inquiries
  • Generate quotes and provide order status updates
  • Expedite orders and resolve service-related issues
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize Outlook, Excel, and SAP to manage daily tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or order entry experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn technical products and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with SAP
  • 2–4 years of technical customer service experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial industry experience
  • Mechanical or technical interests/hobbies (automotive, farming, machinery, repairs, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr.
