Customer Service Representative
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within the industrial manufacturing industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical product knowledge while supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. This is not a traditional high-volume call center position. Representatives handle custom orders, provide order support, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with departments such as Engineering and Warehouse Operations to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Support customers and sales representatives with order-related inquiries
- Generate quotes and provide order status updates
- Expedite orders and resolve service-related issues
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and SAP to manage daily tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or order entry experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to learn technical products and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SAP
- 2–4 years of technical customer service experience
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience
- Mechanical or technical interests/hobbies (automotive, farming, machinery, repairs, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr.
