Customer Service Representative
Description
Utilize SAP to perform tasks such as quotation processing over the phone, email, and fax. Enter orders into the system, confirm orders to customers via email or fax, process shipping instructions and packing lists to the warehouse, file orders, and check customer open orders. Perform physical inventory when necessary. Support outside sales inquiries, stock and price checks, and open orders. Process quotations for outside sales. Process internal transfers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or shipping/logistics is a huge plus
- Use SAP and Excel

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
