About the role

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare services organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center experience who are looking to build a long-term career within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls.
  • Handle follow-up outbound calls when required.
  • Assist customers with prior authorization inquiries and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and professionally.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
  • Navigate several computer applications simultaneously while assisting callers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience within the last 2–3 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of tenure in previous positions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured and metrics-driven environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare or medical customer service experience.
  • Pharmacy, insurance, or benefits experience.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Bilingual skills.

Training

Training is required and attendance is mandatory. Training Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 4 weeks. Participants must successfully complete training assessments with an average score of 90% or higher.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Work Schedule

Candidates Must Have Availability Within The Following Hours: 7 days per week. Operating hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM. A set schedule will be assigned after training based on business needs and performance.
