Customer Service Representative

About the role

Taylor DM Brands, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders
• Aid in order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information, and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Respond to emails accurately and in a timely manner
• Contribute to a variety of reports
• Perform other tasks as required to meet team goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of related/relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent judgement and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of promotional products and shipping methods (preferred)

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00-$17.00. The actual wage offered depends on various factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or performs the job.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
