Taylor Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in their North Mankato-MN facility. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team that values innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers using computer systems, answering phone calls, and replying to emails and chats
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience and represent the company professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries through incoming calls, emails, and live chat
- Develop new best practices to maximize the customer experience
- Build long-lasting customer relationships
- Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Demonstrate empathy and the ability to build positive, trust-based relationships
- Develops and applies in-depth product knowledge following training
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Shift
1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
