Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Punctual, dependable, and reliable
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management
