Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions
- Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management
