Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the Southside area. Duties include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Solve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in customer service preferred
