About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team. Primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
