About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Process returns and refunds according to company policies.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in customer service preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
