About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Process returns and refunds according to company policies.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Qualifications
