About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Process returns and refunds according to company policy
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Train new employees and assist with ongoing training programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems
