About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Process returns and refunds according to company policy
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Train new employees and assist with ongoing training programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
