Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Management team to support clients and write clear, accurate production tickets.
• Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email, and chat — providing timely, knowledgeable responses on products, services, and order status.
• Process orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment from start to finish.
• Serve as a product expert — leveraging your print industry knowledge to answer questions and guide client decisions.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with production, account management, and other departments to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
• Participate in training opportunities to grow your skills and keep pace with industry developments.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a print industry environment.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — professional, friendly, and precise.
• Strong problem-solving instincts with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and efficiency.
• A high attention to detail in order processing and client interactions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with print MIS software or similar platforms is a plus.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain good vision and focus is required.

Physical Requirements

• This is primarily an office-based role with some interaction with the production floor, which can be noisy with varying temperatures.
• Candidates should be comfortable sitting for extended periods as well as standing and walking throughout the shift, performing tasks that require manual dexterity, bending, and stretching.
