Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and maintain spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Supervise a team of 8 to 12 contract staff.
  • Ensure team members complete data collection and data entry assignments daily.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Attend all staff and management meetings.
  • Take required trainings and ensure team members also take required trainings.
  • Work closely with the Admin. to ensure all duties are being met.
  • Develop a smooth running mail hub for the State of Tennessee.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
  • 2 - 4 Years Experience in Office work/Clerical work.
