Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Supervise a team of 8 to 12 contract staff.
- Ensure team members complete data collection and data entry assignments daily.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Attend all staff and management meetings.
- Take required trainings and ensure team members also take required trainings.
- Work closely with the Admin. to ensure all duties are being met.
- Develop a smooth running mail hub for the State of Tennessee.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- 2 - 4 Years Experience in Office work/Clerical work.
