About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You will handle incoming calls, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling service, collecting payments, updating customer files, and making outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. Success in this role requires strong computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments and collect payments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer files.
- Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are current.
- Work in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
