About the role

The Customer Service Representative position at Stark Exterminators provides uncompromised service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers. This role is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls.
  • Determine and resolve issues to provide solutions for every customer concern.
  • Absorb incoming calls and schedule services, collect payments, and update customer files.
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
  • Work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's monthly goals.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Able to work minimal overtime as needed
