Customer Service Representative

About the role

This position is a full-time Customer Service Representative role at Stark Exterminators. The position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external Service Center customers through incoming phone calls.
• Determine and resolve any issues or problems encountered by customers.
• Absorb and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Schedule services and collect payments from customers.
• Update customer files and maintain accurate records.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician schedules and account payments are up-to-date.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet the service center’s monthly goals.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Outbound calling skills.

The pay for this position is based upon experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
