About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service department. Primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Process returns and refunds according to company policy.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in customer service preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Pay
