About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You will handle incoming calls, diagnose problems, and find solutions—whether scheduling service, collecting payments, or updating customer files. You will also make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid, working in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone.
- Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions to problems.
- Schedule service appointments and collect payments.
- Update and maintain customer files.
- Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet service center goals.
- Create a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance.
- Able to work a minimum 40-hour work week with minimal overtime as needed.
