About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You will handle incoming calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Responsibilities include scheduling service, collecting payments, updating customer files, and making outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. You will work in a team atmosphere focused on meeting monthly service center goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments and collect payments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer files.
- Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are current.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly service center goals.
- Create a positive experience in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with minimal overtime as needed.

Pay
