Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.
• Respond to emergency calls to provide prompt service.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in HVAC and/or plumbing preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and their components.
• Understanding of electrical systems and basic electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
