Provide outstanding customer service
- Both on the phone and in-person
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Handle inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
Market for new and continued customer business
- Identify potential leads and nurture relationships
- Engage in proactive outreach to existing and prospective clients
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote products and services
Prepare and process loans and income tax returns
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and processing paperwork
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely loan approvals
- Support customers through the tax preparation process, ensuring compliance with tax laws
