Position Overview
This role serves as the front-facing representative of the organization while providing critical customer service support across multiple departments. - Compile and audit reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or client facing role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality
