Customer Service Representative

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas, performing janitorial duties while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule, including janitorial tasks
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision professionally
• Communicate with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service, satisfaction, and reporting systems

Requirements

• 3–6 months of training or experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Completion of all safety and task training certification
• Forklift certification may be required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, including their safe and efficient use
• Willingness to share knowledge with the team
• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Frequently required to sit, talk, or listen
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Tue–Sat: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay

$14.75–$15.75 per hour
