Responsibilities
- Answering a heavy volume of phone calls
- Working with clients and handling all phases of their jobs
- Scheduling appointments
- Working with employees in the field
- Responsible for problem resolution for clients
- Maintain customer database and input information into computer
Requirements
- Good organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Computer experience including Word and Excel
- Strong and precise follow through
- Essential written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
