Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and address client needs professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions, document details accurately, and resolve concerns efficiently
• Develop knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products and services
• Meet productivity and quality service standards
• Utilize strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Requirements

• Proficient in typing 45+ WPM and Microsoft Suite; Service Titan experience is a plus
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, work with standard office equipment, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work in a noisy environment
• Willingness to work possibly exceeding 40 hours weekly as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of call center experience
• HVAC or plumbing industry knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
