About the role
Customer Service Representative responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interactions, order processing, and support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.
- Assist customers with order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, credit, and claims.
- Promote and sell goods and services during customer interactions.
- Provide product selection and application support.
- Ensure high-quality customer experiences and follow up on issues.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and tactful handling of diverse customer situations.
- High School diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Retail or counter sales experience preferred.

Pay
$24.06 per hour (approximate).
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
