Customer Service Representative

About the Role

A retail associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Operate registers and equipment
• Manage inventory
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Retail experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to operate various equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment

• Primarily indoor work with exposure to temperature extremes and noise
• Physical activities include standing, bending, and lifting
• May perform outdoor cleaning and maintenance
