Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assisting with order processing. This role offers opportunities to learn in-store operations and progress into management, with most managers starting as CSRs or drivers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers efficiently and courteously
• Handling order taking and customer inquiries
• Supporting in-store duties and learning about delivery operations
• Maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with excellent communication skills
• Some computer experience preferred
• Ability to work well under stress and multitask
• Friendly, team player with customer-focused attitude

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing, walking short distances, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reaching, bending, climbing stairs, and performing manual tasks
• Work involves fast-paced, team-based tasks in a food service setting
