Role Overview: Customer Service Representatives assist potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payments. They ensure clear communication about loan products, explain terms, and maintain compliance with policies and laws. The role involves making courtesy calls, managing customer accounts, and performing data entry to keep accurate records.
