Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service
- Answer customer calls
- Take and input customer orders
- Dispatch products and material for delivery
- Aid in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as payable, payroll, etc.
- Aid sales staff with customer service responsibilities
- May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
Requirements
- A high school diploma required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Must pass pre-employment drug screens, and subject to random drug screens while employed by RGI

Pay
Commensurate with experience
Schedule
Typical weekly hours range from 40 to 45 hours per week; with occasional Saturdays. Overtime is common but not guaranteed. Employees must be flexible and able to adjust their schedule to meet seasonal demands and operational needs.
