Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, products, account information, and service issues
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Support general administrative and customer service functions as assigned

Previous Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service/order entry systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or office environment
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong data entry and multitasking abilities
