Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates on orders, product questions, and service concerns.
2. Prepare quotes and invoices while accurately entering job and order information into Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Parenthesize with warehouse personnel to monitor inventory levels, confirm item availability, and support order fulfillment.
4. Cook up scheduling details with production teams to help keep jobs on track and aligned with customer expectations.
5. Review order information and reporting data carefully to maintain accuracy and reduce processing errors.
6. Aid in arranging outgoing shipments, including both domestic and international deliveries, and help track shipment status.
7. Communicate with vendors, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency with order entry and transaction processing in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with experience supporting scheduling, order coordination, or logistics-related activities.
• High attention to detail when preparing quotes, invoices, reports, and customer records.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments, including warehouse, production, and external shipping partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
