Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and route each inquiry to the appropriate contact or department.
  • Cook up dispatch activity by scheduling service requests, tracking updates, and communicating timing or status details to customers and staff.
  • Aid customers with questions, concerns, and service-related issues while working toward timely and effective resolution.
  • Enter customer, service, and call information into company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records to support smooth day-to-day operations and easy access to service information.
  • Provide courteous and attentive phone support that reflects strong customer care standards in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar support-focused position.
  • Ability to work confidently on a multi-line phone system while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with dispatch coordination or scheduling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns with sound judgment and a courteous approach.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain files and follow established processes.
