Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and route each inquiry to the appropriate contact or department.
- Cook up dispatch activity by scheduling service requests, tracking updates, and communicating timing or status details to customers and staff.
- Aid customers with questions, concerns, and service-related issues while working toward timely and effective resolution.
- Enter customer, service, and call information into company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized digital and paper records to support smooth day-to-day operations and easy access to service information.
- Provide courteous and attentive phone support that reflects strong customer care standards in every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar support-focused position.
- Ability to work confidently on a multi-line phone system while managing competing priorities.
- Experience with dispatch coordination or scheduling is strongly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns with sound judgment and a courteous approach.
- Effective verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain files and follow established processes.
