About the role
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Coordinate and schedule monthly, weekly, and annual mailing projects
Guide clients through each step of the process, ensuring a seamless experience
Prepare and manage all job-related documentation
Track and monitor each project from intake through completion
Proactively communicate updates, timelines, and any changes
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes
- Comfort working with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook preferred)
Qualifications
- Previous account management, administrative, or client service experience
- Experience in print, mail, production, or project coordination environments
Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, account support, call center operations, or a similar client-facing role
- Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach
- Comfort handling inbound and outbound calls as part of daily customer support responsibilities
- Experience with order entry, documentation, and administrative coordination in an office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow processes consistently in a fast-paced workplace
