Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Assist with shipment setup and order processing
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with internal and external partners
• Review and verify data for accuracy; correct discrepancies as needed
• Support documentation and file organization (digital and physical)
