Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
• Manage customer interactions across multiple service channels, including order coordination, issue resolution, shipment communication, pricing updates, confirmation notices, and post-order follow-up.
• Build strong knowledge of product lines to answer questions clearly and provide reliable guidance tailored to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams such as sales, operations, and related departments to address concerns efficiently and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor recurring questions and service patterns, then share insights that can help improve processes, products, and overall support quality.
• Foster lasting customer relationships by communicating effectively, responding with empathy, and creating a high level of trust with both new and existing accounts.
• Prepare and distribute sales support resources, including training content and customer-facing tools that assist commercial and marketing efforts.
• Represent the organization and its portfolio of brands consistently by following communication standards and promoting a consistent, customer-centric image.
• Contribute to business support activities that may include updates tied to operational or system changes when needed to maintain service continuity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, fast-paced sales or service environment.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer service terminology and practices within the tabletop or closely related product industry is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through resolution.
