Responsibilities

- Support issue resolution by coordinating next steps and escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
- Maintain consistent communication standards while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a calm and attentive phone manner.
- Experience with order entry and accurate data input.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning internal systems.
