About the role
The role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, managing leave requests, monitoring security operations, supporting system administration tasks, assisting with service desk inquiries, leading program management initiatives, and engaging with community outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer service issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor security operations and report any anomalies to the appropriate teams.
- Support system administrators in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Assist users with service desk inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Lead program management initiatives and ensure project timelines are met.
- Engage with community partners to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, IT support, or program management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with leave management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of security protocols and incident response procedures.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network operations.
