Responsibilities
- Organize and file documents according to internal and Lot number systems
- Upload documents to the web during sales
- Communicate with various departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents
- Process payments from successful bidders
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
- Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in-person with customers
- Experience using computers and learning new technology/software
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
- A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
- Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
- Ability to work well as part of a team, contributing wherever needed
