Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal and Lot number coding systems
• Upload documents to the web during sales
• Communicate with various departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents
• Process payments from successful bidders
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous work experience involving in-person interactions with customers
• Experience using computers and learning new technology and software
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
• Thrives working as part of a team, willing to pitch in wherever needed
